In our continuation of reviewing and recording of the REI accounts receivable and monitoring the transactions, we find the following challenges. The list is in no particular order of importance.

1. The current billing to the RD appears to them as incorrect for an All Inclusive invoice.
The transactions billing invoice is showing based on the calculation of the closed sales price according to the sliding scale. The current invoice that the RD views will show him owing $295, which is not what REI will be paid. The actual amount paid to REI is $185 ($110 for the transaction and $75 for the tools). The REI backend process considers all these distinctions, so when the accounting file records are imported into GP it is the correct amount. Still, the RD or his staff need to take our invoice and make adjustments in order to create a true accounting record of what is actually due to REI. Our accounting staff also requires additional time on processing these payments to adjust these invoices to ensure the correct payment is received.

2. As you know, our current invoice billing is the 20th of each month with a due date of either the 15th of the next month
or the 1st of the following month, (7/20 invoice either due 8/15 or 9/1), depending ifon whether it is an RD invoice or invoiced directly to the broker. When an agent terminates, Prime Agent disables their access to all tools and removes them from the office roster. Removing them from the office roster also removes them from the pull-down menu in the selection of agents in the transaction portal. The RD/ broker may have a transaction(s) to report/enter for this now -terminated agent and now is unable to do so. We would like a way to enter terminated agents' transactions, either by name or by some generic form. We are not currently able to add the transaction.

3. A request to add an edit button for the transaction entry.
Currently, there is only a "delete" that deletes all the information for the entire row.

4. Request to add a button for the broker to attest that they do not have any transactions in a particular month.

5. We also would like to have a field in PA that we can use for abnormalities in fees. An example of this
is: Bob Cannata would like us to include the $3.50 per -agent fee that he owes. There is not a perfect field for this entry in Prime Agent. His agents are GCI so they are paying percentages and PA will not recognize the amount if we place it into the royalty flat fee. We could place it into the IM field but then there has to be the memory of taking that out of the IM and putting it into the proper account.
