Chemistry as a subject under the science department has been a challenge to most students in schools and colleges. I wonder how long they will keep on facing this.this?


From records and observations, most of this studentthe students readily losslose interest in chemistry, unlike other science subjects. Some of them even end up crossing to Humanitieshumanities or the commercial department, thereby forgoing their long timelong-term dreams.
Some of them keepingkeep trying to endure, but they do end up been a failurefailing, while very few get it right at the end.

Notwithstanding, when students are faced with some of the below highlighted factors, they are more prone to failure:
1. Lack of incompetentcompetent subject teacher.
2. Wrong teaching approach used by teachers.
3. Large class size or very low class size, as this don't call Torfor competition among students
.

No wonder, WAEC and other examination bodies keep recording mass failure in Chemistry.
