Our SME clients are likely to breach this rule, particularly those with low LTV thatwho we tend to be more relaxrelaxed with on the facility structure. Also, we need to consider the market competition. For example, a rival bank has recently approached one of my SME customers. It has offered a trade package of $20M, against a property with CMV of $21M, to take over our facilities. The new rule will make us vulnerable to competition.
