Should the funding comescome from IMELS to UNOPS, we will enter into an agreement indeed, the consultant will report ( seconded) to UNDP, and therefore a pre-selection letter and ToR , including the fee needed in order for us to be able to issue the contract.
For easy understanding, I am sharing with you the Project Agreement template to be signed between IMELS and UNOPS, and the ToR template.
Many thanks if you can share the duration of the contract, and the fee for the consultant that will help us determinatedetermine the budget.
