I Derrick Wade Gardner (05/21/1980) am scheduled to stand before you, tomorrow (06/26/2018), but I'm also scheduled to stand before Honerablethe honorable Judge Hogan in the West Jordan District Court, tomorrow as well.
With that being the case, I'm writing to ask ofif you, a favor for me,would be able to reschedule my appreanceappearance with you tomorrow, for a different day, at this time.
With all due respect, I'd like you to know that I dontdon't think my charges in your court are any less important, than my charges in the District Court, maybe just more serious of. The only difference is that the charges for me at this time, I hope maybeare more serious.I hope you will agree.
