In order to creation ofTo create a change need to fill uprequires completing all RED mark fieldmarked fields and mentionmentioning the server deatilsdetails in confougurationconfiguration item. If the server name is not found on configuration item, we will check with client
to add the server in CMDB. Meanwhile, we can manullymanually add the server in the description filed.

ChangeThe change creation process will be the same for all the changechanges; only typetyping the field that needneeds to change.Task A task will be create automatically whilebe created when all approvalapprovals are in place. We can also manually create a task for respective teamteams.
As wellIn addition, we can modify the owner group for a task after all authorizeis approved. To Close a task, need to attacha correct screenshot needs to be attached.
