In December 2008, I received news that transformed my life: a new job at El Dorado International Airport! Passenger service, support to resolve conflicts with the airlines, and the best part: attention and accompaniment to VIP passengers.
From that moment on
, I realized that I enjoyed serving people, making them feel important with small details, and helping them solve any inconvenience. I decided that I was going to study to become a Flight Attendant since it encompassed everything I wanted to do.
While I was saving the money to study, I applied to different calls and started to relate my experiences in a blog. In my native country
, being a flight attendant is very complex, and I knew that if I shared my experiences, it would be helpful for someone who also had this dream. I was called to moderate the area of flight attendants in Aviacol, an aviation website now known as Volavi, and it was a wonderful experience.
In the meantime, I was able to work in aviation schools and finish my studies as a flight attendant, and every time I could I applied for a job. It was there when I learned the meaning of the words persistence and failure
, the. The only option I had was to find the positive side of what was happening to me and make the most of it. I created my own page of articles for flight attendants and started to prepare people for interviews,. I already knew the processes by heart. If I was going to have the opportunity to fly, I wanted someone else to be able to achieve it, since I knew how much it cost and how much I longed for it.
