Please confirm that Vallourec's unpriced item is matched with ITT requirements ( the specifications, qty., etc.)
Actually, I have checked, and their unpriced item is matched with the ITT requirements ,; they confirmed that they did not propose for Fittings –
Vallourec said : "Didn’t quote, since as mentioned in my previous email, I never received the Bill of mMaterials or the specs for those items,; we have a fitting manufacturing plant, so it wouldn’t have been an issue to quote for us."
And the end user confirmed they will not use the fittings to the bidders.
