1. What percentage will we get from them and how will they pay? and aAre there any conditions on the payment process.? We can only negotiate our fee when we know more about the opportunity,. aAs of now, we have no visibility on their international spend, so we can offer them the standard fee for the Saudi market. As you know, our fee is contingency based and is a % of the successfully recovered VAT. We will pay the client into their nominated bank account less our fees.
They need us to explain it in more details.
2. A. Will the extra services we provide in the presentations be free during the year, such as training services.? Yes.
3. Will there be a strategic partner of (taxback) which, in the KSA, will carry out the auditing process. Most likely.
Is there a mediator handling STC operations with Taxback in Saudi Arabia?
4. They need (action plan) to know how we will be applying the services to the company's employees and clients. Do you mean they want to know what the recovery process will look like and what is the involvement of their staff?
We offered them additional services that will cover the STC employees and their VIP clients and STC subsidiary companies. and tThey need to know what is the full process is, ofr would be, with their employees and, VIP clients and their subsidiary companies. aThey need hto know howill the invoices will be collected from them and how will the VAT will be paid for them. wWill it be through STC account or to them directly? mMore detailed information required in chart.
5. How long is the agreement period.? 1 year with the option to auto -renew. They can terminate the agreement at any time, provided they give 30 days’ notice.
6. What is the re-issuance service in the agreement.? We will indemnify all of our clients against any errors we make which may lead to rejected claims.
In the case of any errors made by the issuance country, will the re-issuance be by Taxback?
7. They need to know all of the Ttelecommunication services covered by tTaxback in detail. T&E VAT reclaim and AP supplier invoice VAT reclaim, you have all of the details in the brochure.
Are the services such as roaming, equipment's transportation, telecommunication services, sea shipping.
8. What is the whole process for recovering the VAT.? We retrieve their invoices, audit them in Bulgaria to ensure they are compliant,. tThe compliant invoices will be submitted to the respective Member States of Refund for VAT reclaim and, once approved, the payment will be made to the clients nominated Bbank account, less our contingency fee.
How will the recovering will be and what will the time length be to recover and? iIs there any time length to apply the claims by the client?
9. Will there be any guarantees that can be offered? We can’t give any guarantees in advance of our audit, but we can give them one afterwards, when we know the compliance level of the invoices.
There are few countries like Austria which do not give back taxes, except for the client or his commissioner.
