Marine tourism is the fastest growing and most lucrative industry in the last decade. However, the vulnerable marine ecosystem and loss of marine biodiversity barec nomew the major challenges of tourism infor the future.

In order to overcome these problems, coral reefs, as an essential part of the ecosystem, should be conserved. Moreover, the invention of mineral accretion technology with the name of Biorock canould be a solution. Based on the research, it is an an effective way to conserve coral reefs while also attracting tourists to visit the destination.
