The reason I opted to enter the education field as an elementary teacher is becthauset it has been my perennial dream ever since my childhood. Growing up, visuwally examintching my teachers do their jobs inspired me because of their integrity toin enhanceing student cknowledgnizance. My aspiration to teach children commbeganced in third grade, when I witnessed the greatest teacher I ever had resigned from her job. To this day, I do not know why she decided to depart. She was one of themy greatest teachers because she took the time to get acquainted with her students. Not only was she an excellent teacher academically, but she held activities that fortified the class holistically. Ever since her leave, I have wanted to become a teacher for the youth. I believe that Tthe University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign,'s cCollege of eEducation, will verify my dreams of becoming a teacher, predicated on its excellent academic level.

I believe in a spiritual connection with students, starting at a pyouerileng age. OncWhile edifying the youth and filling their minds with astonishing cknowledgnizance, I should be teaching them the paramount aspects of, life as well. A connection with a child is prodigiously important because it can mentally avail or crush them in the future. Teaching kids what is genuinely right and erroneous in an earlier stage of life will obvguiatde frothem ainy mishaps the next few years of their lives.

Modern -day teachers havdiffe transmuted from how they used to be. ModThern day educators have let their students get by in classes without them authentically learning anything. As long as their paychecks weare in order, they wouildl do as dliminutivtle work as possible.
