As discontactussed with you last week, I sent this e-mail about STC,. wWe had been sending to them all the processes and Pprocedures of Ttaxback in detail, but they need it as a detailed chart from the beginning to the end. ,So would you please ask the marketing department to do it, and to be send it to STC this week.

Also they have some notes as follows:
1. tThey want less 25 % from our Sservice Ffee .
2- About training and consultancy, they want it free with no charge .
3- They need the re-issuance service by 5% only, instead of 10% .
4- They need an employee from our company to be at Ttheir company to collect all invoices from STC employees and send it to us,f. For this points, Dr. Abdullah agreed to assign an employee from our country .
