HI hope all is well with you and your family. I have had big concerns about the drive thru times as well as inside. After a management meeting this morning with my employees, they brought some insights to what they think our problems are. I wanted to share with you our thoughts. Our menu has gbecottmen so cluttered it takes people too long to order. I realize nutrition information is part of the reason , but we have people seit 2-4 minutes before they are ready to order anything. This makes the car behind them feel we aren't doing our job. On top of waiting on orders, the prep time is outrageous!! I don't know what the solution is, but I do know my store is not seeing the volume increases since we have added so many new products... Please know my concerns are not to discredit our company, I feel everyone has the best interest in hand. I so feel we need to bring our heritage back and be more efficient on less products.
