MRS. TUNSTALL, I VACCINATED PETS IN INTAKE BECAUSE ACO WAS WAITING TO MOVE PETS. INTAKE HAD 10 PETS THAT NEEDED MOVING. PETS IN INTAKE WERE NOT VACCIANATED OR DEWORMED BY OPENING ON 07/16/16. I SPOKE WITH DR. COLEMAN FOR ASSISTANCE, AND SHE STATED THAT THERE WAS NOTHING GIVIENG TO HER IN WRITING AND THE CLINIC HAS SOME MAJOR ADJUSTMENTS, SO SHE COULD NOT OFFER ANY HELP. I SPOKE WITH SHELBY BEINZ WHO WAS VACCINATING ACO.
