Extended literature has revealed that there is no direct link exists between impaired people and the technology used in reading and writing form (Alkhateeb, Hadidi & Alkhateeb, 2016). Deaf students confronts a broad scope of social and communication challenges. In spite of the importance of literacy in the present day and social life, the rate of literacy remains very low. A study by (Al Mulhim, 2014) shows that there are three reasons that prevent teachers from utilizing e-learning frequently and appropriately for their teaching, including lack of access to technology, lack of effective training, and lack of time. The focus on technological development in education for the deaf is a positive aspect of the expansion of this field in learning and development of knowledge (Abdulsalam, 2010; Soudi, 2013). Lissi et al (2010) stated that there is a developing evidence to demonstrate a connection between technologies and education levels for deaf students.
