RBC International Systems Support (RIBS) team has advised that the traffic has been switched over to the secondary Visa Sserver (EABB0003-2), at 12:48 AM ET, July 21st. All outgoing Visa files were successfully transferred to Visa prior to the switch over. Visa is in the process of moving the three outstanding incoming files to the secondary Visa Sserver. The next update will be at 10:00 AM ET, July 21st, or sooner, if new information becomes available.
