Dear, Mr. Patterson

I am writing this email to apologize for not participating in class to my full extent and to say that I now realize the importance of what we are talking about during class. Today after the quiz and the scores for the quiz came out,
reality gohit smacked in the face by reality, saying. bBasically, I learned that "if you goof off during class, you're not going to do well" or something like that, but you know what I mean. From now on, I'll cut down on my in-class talking and save personal discussions for after class. Also, I was wondering if and when you might be able to meet after school, to help me understand some things that I may not have gotteunderstood during class. Once again, I'm sorry for the recent behaviour, but I just wanted to let you know that I do care about my academic well-being in this class and that I hope that I can improve my "sit in the back of class and mess around" impression.

Sincerely,
Kahea Kamalani
