Dear, Mr. Jessi Pino,
I am the Director of Ambassador Sterling Foundation and writing to you on behalf of The-Nimrod Sterling 14788-424.
My reason for contacting you, is that Mr. Sterling stated he has not received the books that the book store has sendt him. I checked the USPS tracking website, iand I see that the books hasve arrived at the Beaumont post office on September 5th, 2016 at 9:33 am. on aAs of September 13th, 2016 the books isare still at the post office. iI know that someone picks up mail at the post office everyday, but they refuse to sign for Mr. Sterling's mail . I spoke with Miss. Mara at the BOP headquarters in Washington D.C. and the secrertatory for the BOP, Thomas Kaine. She said it is unacceptable, and that she has never heard of this before. She also stated that they should pick up all the inmates mail at the post office.. I spoke with Frank lLara's secretary, and she tinfolrmed me that they are going to look into it. iI also spoke with Craddork, and she also said they are going look into it because this should never happen, . .
Mr. pPino, I would like you to investigate this issue immediately. I would like Mr. Sterling to receive his mail, otherwise our lawyers for the foundation will sue the prison.
Here is the tracking number: 23103280000046475926
