Amendment
1- For the first month Deliverer will provide a free delivery service to all orders.
2- After the first month if the sales value increase by at least 30 %, Restaurant and Deliverer agree to continue the free delivery for another 11 months for 20 % discount. If the sales value didn’’t increase by 30 %, Restaurant and Deliverer agreed to continue the current contract for another 11 months with delivery fees and 15 % discount.
3- For one month Deliverer agreed will promote the restaurant to the Deliverer’s client via Newsletter, Social media account, Printed materials as well as Deliverer’s Website.
4- Restaurant agreed to provide Deliverer with the materials needed for promoting the restaurants food. This material including but not limited to photos and videos.
