Cultural injustice in Europe is a problem because of their weak political policy tfor passing controversial laws. Banning burkas in the pubic places is unjust to Muslims and it violates their freedom of religion. France banned burkas after terrorists attacked Paris (Sanghani). Belgium, Switzerland, Italy, and Germany are banning hijabs in Ppublic places( Baumeister). Banning a hijab, which is part of their religious practices in different nations in Europe, is a cultural uinjustice to Muslims, and the law banning the hijab itself is a controversial law against tohe freedom of practicing religion (Orsini). In addition to European nations, Japan came ofut with the same idea to banned Muslim practices and Arabic languages in Japan. The Japanese new laws concerning Muslims are inhuman and conflictingrary to their constitution. A new law passed by the Japanese’s parliament is an unjustfair to Muslims culturally because this law restricts Muslims to practice their religion and to speak Arabic.

A professor of Law, Derek Fincham, at Houston cCollege of Law, in his article, Cultural iInjustice, mentions social injustice is unfair treatment, based on the distribution of resources or opportunityies, and it includes racial discrimination. On the other hand, cultural injustice simply means discrimination based on religion, language, practice, and traditional beliefs.
