I received a settlement check from your company on October 18, 2016. The check was dated June 27, 2016. As you can see from the enclosed check, you sent me $82.10. I had recently moved, as you can tselle from the changed address changed, and I believe that tohas be what caused the delay. I had asked the postal carrier because of the length of time, and he believes it to be both the mailing to my previous address, and the forwarding to my new address, which may have led to the momentarily loss of my mail. The check states that after 90 days it is void. TAlhough I appreciate you sending to me, I ask if you may please re-issue the check so that it can become valid. A self-addressed envelope is enclosed for your convenience. Thank you.
