The main condition for the power plant construction is the safety and effectiveness of the nuclear reactor. Nuclear energy is very important for humanity,; therefore, so much attention is paid to the safety of nuclear reactors, and multidisciplinary studies are conducted for this purpose. In some countries, such as Russia, Japan, and Canada produced several types of reactor and used the installation of nuclear reactors. Reactors differ by their capacity. Comparing some of the reactors and their characteristics, I chose the CANDU nuclear reactor Canadian company AECL, with the electric capacity 935 MW,; seismic stability and economic security are suitable for the installation requirements in this country. We aim to use it as the safe and efficient energy.
Ensuring energy security in this country is to eliminate the energy deficit, and enhance the development of nuclear energy.
