Teenagers have different ways of acting out in public; for instance, some crave attention and will do whatever it takes to get other people's attention, such as speaking loudly or acting silly. sSome even go to the extent of doing tricks, like skiing down a railing or doing back flips. aAnother instance is peer pressure, where they have leaders and followers; leaders usually initiate the bad habits or behaviors like drinking or doing drugs. aAlthough the followers know what's wrong, they still want to fit in with their peers; therefore they drink and do drugs just so they won't be left out and be part of the group. aAs a result, teenagers act out according to their surroundings or hanging out with the wrong crowd. aAlso, their home environment or stress can contribute to teenagers acting out.
