I was informed by Supervisor Julie Mohammed approximately a week and half ago that my application for casual leave on the 31st of December 2016 was subsequently denied. The reason stated for sucthat action to being taken was due to insufficient staff being available, as a result of Security Agent Kendra Garcia, terminating her post. Consequently, I was not able to access my email, althowever,ugh I was understanding towardsbout the decision made and the situation that iwas placed before us as a department.
It has come to my attention, though, that three agents were granted their casual leave: one on December 23rd, ,one on the 29th, and another on the 30th. and aAs a result, I feel as if I am being targeted and treated unfairly. I applied a month in advance for this leave period.
