My name is Terri Candler, and I have spent the last two years leasing and locating properties. I have worked directly with homeowners, investors, tenants, and vendors to ensure a smooth, successful transaction each time. I am assertive and effective without being too aggressive. While I am a strong negotiator and advocate for my clients, I am also a compassionate, friendly, humorous partner who eases a process that can often be quite stressful. These skills have allowed me to develop marketing strategies and leverage online resources to meet and exceed occupancy rate goals.

I am driven to be the best at what I do. I am looking to grow and continue to take on new challenges where I’ll have opportunities to develop my skills and work with people I can learn from.
