2017 has been a learning curve for the 5600 Fishers laneLane crew as the team continues to transition and familiarized morefamiliarize itself with all the new technology and mechanical equipment introduced after a 4-yearfour-year renovation ending in 2016. forFor the past two years, I have worked hard to develop and train a strong group of guys that can work together as a team or individually, bewho are able to multitask and be efficient, communicate with each other, and come up with solutions when issues arise. Some of the key elements I have helped the crew familiarize morethemselves with are: Firefire alarm and sprinkler systems basic troubleshooting and false alarms prevention, Preventivethe preventive maintenance program, Energyenergy conservation practices, good customer service practices, Buildingbuilding emergency procedures, organizational skills, and leadership. There is still a lot more work to do and room for improvement and.
