That youYou make sure that we all have the answers and what you are discussing. I know we have different learners in our class so I really do appreciate that you take the extra step. What I think I'm going to need help with is - Im feeling nervous about sounding professional on the phone and writing the notes when on the phone when on the phone with customer.
