First of all with "they force to do this" , I meant that it's their requirementsrequirement and it's a protocol that needs to be used for all possible specimen typetypes for all of our customers.

And now we have ana new problem with an other customer. They had a HPV specimen , they did the test, and for the first time the got an invalid result,; then, they collected a new specimen but this time they got an invalid result again. Both timetimes they used the Preservcyte collection device. Then, they sent the specimen to an other laboratory, and they did the HPV test with an other protocol and got 6 - low risk. Now our problem is here , we had to got a negative result; not invalid.
