Back in January, I had applied to the REach 2018 program, but haven’t been able to receive an answer yet...

Now, I know my credentials and lack of having a college degree may not fit the perfect mold you guys may be looking for in a potential candidate, but I can assure you with all the fibers within my being, that I for certain, have the drive, hunger and deep desire to put into action a solid proven niche-billion dollar business model (that involves auditing governmental agency records, looking for unclaimed assets pertaining to both private individuals and corporations) within the real estate industry that has made me hundreds of thousands, strictly part-time, with almost little to no overheadoverheads in just a couple of months.

Since it is obvious that we’re not even touching the tip of an iceberg here, I think a partnership with REach® would be very beneficial for all involved, as we look to scale nationwide by covering all 3,000+ counties that are ready to be worked on, and ultimately building a world-class enterprise that generates $100MM+ first year, which I believe, is totally doable.
