We would like to swap zip code 19460(Phoenixville) with 19465(Pottstown) and also, keep Gilbertsville, and add spring citySpring City to our territory. Which, which would give us ana population total of 315,000. AndThis also allows us to have continuous territory if we wanted to expand.
We would be happy with this switch, plus Coatesville would still be attractive with 255,000a total population of 255,000.
