Regarding your message of September 19, 2018, through which you submitsubmitted the invoices for the payments provided in contract no. XVI / 3565/29 April 2014, in view of submitting the research report on 31 August 2018 and the agreement agreed with Springer Nature Switzerland AG to publish a book based on the research report mentioned, we would likewant to remind you that in the contract , as subsequently amended and supplemented, the signatory parties have agreed as follows:
The bank will have to pay 75,000 euros within 15 days of receiving the confirmed research report, if it is consistent with the description in the contract.
- Author and co-author issue different bills byinvoices, dividing the amount of 75,000 euros as follows: 60% for Authorauthor and 40% for Co-authorco-author.
- The remainder of the payment of 37,500 euros will be made only after the publication of the book, based on the research report. The publication of the book is subject to the prior consent of the Bank.
- Expenses related to linguistic editing are foreseen to be borne by the two authors out of the amount of the 24,000 allowance granted by the Bank to the authors.
In view of the above, as well as the comments made by the bank's specialists on the content of the research report submitted on August 31, 2018, we ask that after resentingresending the research report, completed / modified according to the above mentioned remarks, please refit and re-send us invoicesinvoices to us in accordance with the above mentioned contractual provisions and the attached models. In particular, the invoices must specify the contract by which the payments are made and the title of the research report. Also, on this occasion, we remind you that your invoices maycan only be paid only after you have sentprovided your tax residence certificates.
