1) ROADMAP:
CreatingCreate a roadmap for how to enroll this initiative; who will review/approve the work, how often we will meet, etc.

2) FOLDER STRUCTURE FOR PC FOLDER
Secondly, I will create a folder structure chart
, as seen below, to get it approved by the individuals identified in the road map. Once completed, I will start checking each document in the Project Controls folder (I am not sure if other offices also have a dedicated PCCM folder) and saving them in their respective folderfolders. Afterwards, we will identify champions for each major discipline listed below, who will be responsible for maintaining these folders and saving the latest versions there (we will probably restrict those folders and give saving rights only to the champions).

3) PRODUCING A FRAMEWORK
ProducingProduce a framework document that will summarize our mission, process, terminology, folder structure, and organization chart with links to certain key document, so that when a new hire can have a good idea of our division.

4) DISCUSSION BOARD/LEASSONS LEARNED FOR AMERICAS PCCM TEAM
CreatingCreate a discussion board that captures all of the questions that we have been faced and solved. Especially government agency related questions. We can start capturing them in one area.

5) PROJECT CONTROLS/COMMERCIAL MANAGEMENT SITE
Eventually we can use all this information to create our own SharePoint site
, such as the PPM SN site below. We should be keepingkeep it at the back of our mindminds, that we will be creating a PCCM SharePoint site, while we are producing the first 4 items above.
