Introduction:
Nowadays, medicinal herbs are important economic plants that are usingused in raw or processed form in traditional and modern medicine. Moreover, Medicinalmedicinal plants are different in terms of both active ingredients and botanical properties [16]. consideringConsidering the new advances in chemistry and pharmaceuticals, required active ingredients for medical treatments are producingproduced in the form of industrial artifacts. Not only have these artificial materials have not caused the reduction of herbsherbs' importance and their amount of cultivation, but also their production and consumption have also increased. Currently, one-third of drugs that are usingused have originated from herbs and this amount is definitely increasing [1]. Having a special kind of climate, Iran has more than 7,500 plant species, which is 2 to 3 times the vegetation of the entire continent of Europe, and it is predicted that there are more than 750 species of herbs in Iranian vegetation [2, 11, 12].
The importance of medicinal plants has resulted in a greater number of farmers who are changing the type of cultivation from common agriculture to cultivation of medicinal plants and production of these kindkinds of plants. Iranian indigenous medicinal plants have significant distribution in different parts of the country. It seems, the assessment of wild populations in the maintenance and proper usage of suitable germplasm is necessary. In fact, improving the genetic status of each substance depends on its genetic extent. Current and future corrective programs not only require access to thesethis diversity, but also dependdepends on proper maintenance and management, preservation as well as use of them [8].
