I think I can definitely be a very strong Chief Product Officer, and also excel as Growth Lead, based on my P&G and current venture experience.

Having said that, I think that where I can add the most value is as a Sr. COO. Right now
, the Head of Operations job description is not portrayed in a sexy manner (at least for me). Nevertheless, if you think of it in a broader sense, as the most senior role after the CEO, I can make a kill in it. After all, I can not only bring operational experience but a strong background in marketing, product development, research, consumer understanding, with P/L experience, and strong analytical and leadership skills.

Instead of just a Head of
OperationOperations, you end up setting a strong backbone that can relate to each area, ensuring everything runs smoothly and freeing up the CEO time to be outward focused as opposed to overwhelmed by the internal coordination.
