In Volleyballvolleyball, there is a net between the two teams. Each team must have six players to compete in a game. Players are not allowed to hit the ball twice in a row. For everyone to serve, all participants must rotate. Once the ball is served, the players are allowed to change their positions. Since volleyball has multiple rules and regulations, it requires two major qualities: communication and concentration. My interest in volleyball began while being a Freshman in High School because it was the only sport that kept me on my feet and it wasgave me a sense of unity. It was never boring to play and it was another way to relieve therelieve stress and anger without getting others hurt. Unfortunately, International High School did not represent the sport until the beginning of Junior year. I was excited when the school decided to have a volleyball season only for the eleventh and twelfth graders.
