Regarding to, regarding the last session Dalal she took with me, I found out that the work environment that she is working in, &and the people around her in the department , affect her psychological &and physical health in a bad way. , therefore it will affectTherefore, that affects her productivity at work.

Kindly, I request to acceptgrant her “leavea "leave of absence “" for two weeks and extendable for health recovery with full balancedto allow her to recover her health and energy, which will improve her productiproductivity on back afterher return.
