Project goal:

Show employees attendance data (like timesheet and payslip creation) in Odoo from a fingerprint device in real time for further automatition like timesheet and payslip creationautomation.

Requirements:

1. Sync check incheck-in and check outcheck-out data per empolyee from a biometric fingerprint device to the Odoo 12 Community. First create data in Odoo, and then process it. Save original data into a custom table for safety reasonreasons. (We need a surface to see those data in Odoo without modificaton rights)modification rights.)

2. If you stored everyall related data intoin Odoo, then push it to the default Odoo Attendance (hr_attendance) modulmodule. If there are some extra fields aton the fingerprint side and in raw data in Odoo, then we need to add tothem to Attendance as related fields.

We need a custom module to achiveachieve this under oregional_suprema_bst_oc name. You will get access to our Bitbucket repository, where you have to create a sub branch for this module, and you have to commit your code into that reposotryrepository. It should work on a fresh Odoo install, and thenthen on the customer's test machine, too. EveryAll rights and licences of this new module goesgo to Oregional Kft.

FirstThe first attachment (bio_fetch.php.txt) pulls data from the fingerprint device, because there is no usable API. This file push towardspushes the data to the old phpPHP system, whatwhich we want to change to Odoo. (bio.php.txt). You can use these files to explore this challangechallenge. We provide test messages or access to the device later.
