The project raises the issue of worshipping a woman per se. Klyukin creates 11 sculptures that symbolize wisdom, beauty, power, and resilience. Each sculpture is inspired by a particular woman, thus, each sculpture leaves behind a generalized image that lacks individuality and praises the personal attributes of an actual person. The exhibition space is turned into a temple of beauty, a place of grace worship. The inside of a temple embodies the universe that woman completes with life and warmth. Klyukin uses a unique technique that allows him to create a whole figurative image based on precisely balanced abstract pieces. This technique allows the artist to accurately deliver the model’s personality and to create a vivid individualized image. Carrying on Rodin’s tradition, Klyukin studies the phenomenon of traditional classical beauty in a modern woman. The perceptive eye of the artist looks for the inner truth of a model and this search leads to the verity.
