And the same goes for people who have issues;, you often see a collection of bad habits.

And what is an intentional routine?
A set of good habits put together.
I’ve started to become familiar with the concept when I first read, “the“The 7 habitsHabits of effective people”Effective People”.
But I started to implement it with the easy blueprint of, “The Miracle Morning” by Hal Elrod.
