4. ABSENTEEISM
You should be regular and punctual in your attendance
.. ifIf you remain for 5 consecutive working days or more without sanction of leave or prior permission or if you over stay sanctioned leave beyond 5 consecutive working days or more it shall be deemed that you have voluntarily abandonmentabandoned your employment with the company and your service areis liable to be terminated accordingly ,




5.RULES AND REGULATION
A ) You will be subject to Company’s Service Rules and Regulation including the Conduct, Discipline and Appeal Rules, and such other rules and administrative orders that may be in force from time to time during training and thereafter when you are regularized
B) The designation assigned to you, from time to time, is subject to be changed depending upon your work.
C) Postings in the company are transferable. The company reserves the right to post you at any of its Units/Offices/Projects, or any Govt. Department/Statutory Body/Public Sector Undertaking, anywhere in India or abroad, as per Rules/requirement.
D ) The offer of appointment is liable to be withdrawn at any point before joining and if joined, liable for termination without notice

E ) company can change the above term and condition at any point of time without concern and notice.
