I am trying to get things squared away with SkillsUSA and BrewTech. I have an invoice to pay for 1 professional membership and 57 student memberships. BUT my system's finance department requires an updated W-9 to be filled out and turned in. Are you able to complete the second page of the attached document so I can send you the monies needed? Note: until the W-9 is turned in, ALL fees or monies owed to SkillsUSA cannot be sent from any chapter here at BrewTech; I know that Mr. Lin Hodnett is trying to send you Chapter Fees.

Also, Mr. Upton sent an email concerning a Chapter Fee. How can I print an invoice for said fee. I have searched the website under Membership and Chapter Excellence, as well as the Help mens.
