Al-Khawlani coffee.. The inspiration came from my last trip to southern Saudi Arabia and for the first time I see the culture in these small cities and the very beautiful heritage.. They offered me Arabic coffee in the name of Al-Khawlani, very close to American coffee with its bitter taste, but the strongest taste and only coffee without flavoring additions to it . The traditional Arabic coffee in Riyadh has additives and a lighter taste. Coffee in its culture, specifically Jizan, is served on occasions and feasts, and it has a special ritual that brings together families and charity. Almost all the farms that have been here for 300 years and more. Here are some pictures of the farms and the culture of the area.
