“Let God write your story.” This quote I would take this quote literally, and whenever I needed to get something done I would always say, “Okay, God, write this essay.” Then, I realized that’s not how it works. Being welcomed into the house of God at the age of 5., I remember writing a worksheet about God and his followers at Sunday school. I can recall doing worksheets and group projects; that way, our hand-writinghandwriting and, our writing skills would improve. Doing the worksheets, I recall the white, red, and dash lines. The white lines were for your letters, writing the letters in the white space so it was readable. The red was where you stopped writing so your words wouldn’t fall ofoff the page. The dash lines were for you not to cross over them and make your letters too big. This was wherewhen my writing days started and they were mostmostly spent in the preschool wing of my church. The significantimpact that writing in Sunday school hashad on me know as a 16-year-old girl iswas that it has helped me write more in biblical ways and treadthread that into my writing outside of a religious perspective.
