I have read an article about an accident at school. It referred to an accident that happened to a teenage girl during a basketball match at school.
They wrote that a judge ordered the school to pay, the girl's parents of the girl, 2000£ because of the girlsgirl's broken arm. Personally, I think that it is not the schoolschool's fault because they they don’t have control of what happens during thea match.
Even doughthough I agree that they need to insureensure that nothing bad happens to the students during school hours. theyThey couldn’t prevent this accident. It’s not theretheir fault that an accident happened.
So inIn conclusion, my opinion about this situation is that the school did everything correctly. It’s not theretheir fault and they shouldn’t pay the parents ofhave to pay the girlgirl's parents. I think the insurance company that they have paidpay for should pay them that’s allher parents.
