My name is Laura Álvares Pereira Vaz Xavier,. I am a medical doctor, and I studied at the University Center of Belo Horizonte in Minas Gerais, Brazil.
I am currently in my second year of specialization in Clinical Oncologyclinical oncology at Santa Casa de Misericordia Hospital in Belo Horizonte. A, a public and prestigious institution in my city, where every day I learn more and more about science and humanity.
The Specialization Program in Oncology, with which the training begins, lasts three years. In the 3rdthird year, I have the opportunity to do a 60-day unscheduled internship, and I can choose a referral center to deepen my knowledge.

My schedule is to complete the internship forin 60 days starting April 24, 2023.
