My name is Bryan Jones and I was a T1 services support agent in ATX from 2017-2021. I was let go due to some egregious absences and it was one of the worst days of my life. See Mr Cook, I was diagnosed with bipolar disorder a few months prior and I would go into deep lows of depression and manic episodes. I grew up in a poor family and the thought of going to see a doctor gave me so much anxiety that it took me forever to get some help and the final unexcused missed days were due to my elderly mother moving into her new apartment and neededneeding her stuff to be carried up three flights of stairs.

The reason I am messaging you today is not to try and beg for my job back. I understand and agree with the decision, it is not on Apple to keep someone who would not get help in the time that they needed. In fact, I am making 2x more outside the role and enjoy what I do now. If I am to be frank, I was a little hurt at the time knowing that the company was aware of the mental issues that I was experiencing and still let me go. I was so passionate about the product and it showed in my work ethic and calls with the customers.

My brother and sister are current workers and I want to come back and be able to interview for roles there. So I am hoping to not be blacklisted and given a second chance to prove myself to the company and work for you all again. I love what Apple stands for and how you handle supporting your users.
