Puberty from a psychological point of view

Introduction

Puberty is the stage of our lives in which major changes take place in us, and our worldview and way of thinking are formed
, it. It is at this age that we separate from our parents, become more and more independent, and our bodies fully develop. At this age, we get our most beautiful experiences,
experience from all areas of life.

However, some people have a harder time dealing with the difficulties associated with
this age or who did not receive the necessary boostsupports for it.
I think it is important to pay attention to the teenagers around us and help them if we see them having difficulties
, because these years have a huge influence on the future of young people. The chosen topic also affects me, as I am its current survivor. It is necessary to recognize our problems, their why and how, the forms of possibilities of asking for help, the correct handling of our problems or the dangers that arise in the absence of this.

In addition to emphasizing self-development, helping others and the importance of the topic, I also illustrate the topic with personal research.
