Greetings, Accordingaccording to our phone conversation, I informed you that I'mI do not agreedagree to work 35 days rotation on/off. Simultaneously, from the beginning, we set our rotation to be two months (60 days) on/off as per your request, because you need enough time for vacation and 35 days are not enough for you and you need to reduce the number of travel times per year; "II'm the same", so we can adjust our rotation to be 7 to 8 weeks (maximum) on and off mutually to be able to set our schedule considering the below points: Equal work and off days. 1st till 15th RAMADAN. 16th till 30th RAMADAN plus Eid al-Fitr. Eid al-Adha. It is better to have enough vacation time after each Eid, if possible.: - NB: - All the above points will be alternatelyalternated by you and me.- In the case of exceptional circumstances, they must have been known for a long time for us to consider them in our schedule, if possible.
