Thanks for spending time with me over the last few days discussing Forza Management. I have had a chance to digest our various discussions with you all and then discuss that with my partners. The 3three of us are excited to be a part of Forza Management. We have grown quite a bit since we originally created this entity in 2014 in the cubicles of Mtn West and were operating out of Quick Books. Yes, Quick Books... I digress. We are so thrilled to see where the company has grown too at htisthis point. That growth has come atthrough the contribution, pain & suffering of many. It truly takes a village.
FZM has some challenges ahead in 2025. Joe & Tanner have a full brokerage plate. They are anticipating closing 150 transactions again this year. They have also absorbed ana new brokerage team that has not quite settled 100% yet at this point. This extra wrinkle in things has them fully committed with their available work capacity through mid yearmid-year 2025. It has taken me 6six years to get FZD to a point where I think we will turn a profit this year. There is even an outside chance that I can return the partners contributed capital this year, or at least, hopefully, a big portion of that. Running this company at a loss for the last 5five years has been challenging. That and working through a property partnership problem has absorbed all of my capacity through mid yearmid-year 2025. As a result of these circumstances for the three of us, we reached out to TC to represent us on our behalf and run FZM. We remain committed to that decision. We just don't have enough time in the day to get done some of the other things that need to be done and for any of us to be more involved here. TC has demonstrated to us over the last 5five years good problem solvingproblem-solving capabilities, hustle and street smartsstreet-smarts in solving various problems we have handed to him outside of his day to dayday-to-day property management duties & functions. We trust he will represent us well moving forward.
