• Ensure deployment, formulation and consistent implementation of contract standardization under Equipment Category for Chevron Operation and other OPG within IBU isare aligned with GUG contract standard and local GOI( (Government of Indonesia) regulations, procedures and processes.
• Ensure the contract price is competitive price based on Supply Market Analysis and corporate Market Intelligence.
• Ensure the Supplier Management & Integ Responsible for all Procurement Activities includes coordination with engineering Contractors on PRE-FEED/FEED/DDE, Project Material Procurement & Materials Management, Contract aAdministration, Coordinating with discipline leads and Procurement Team in preparation of RFQ packages for all Project -related Procurement items, including developing pProcurement pPlans, and procedures, schedules, expediting reports and developing project -related procedures including material handling, storage and warehousing with reference to Client and Company corporate management procedures.

• Responsible for all estimates and support for schedules (cClass 2 & Class 3) to support PRE-FEED and FEED.

• Responsible for effective commercial evaluations of the each bid in line with Client requirements and budget, having complete co-ordination with respective project team in technical evaluations as per the Client’s project specific requirements and Company standard procedures.

• Coordinating with Project Management Team on day -to -day business of the Project includes,: Engineering coordination between with Contractor & Chevron Construction Team, analysing construction schedule against the actual progress, analysing Procurement & Contract requirements and executeing them in time to meet the ongoing construction activities.

• Conducting weekly Project Progress meeting and subsequent follow -ups with Contractor and Subcontractors.

• Developing/implementing procedures and strategies for Site PMT Procurement activities, Materials Management, Contract Administration, Document Control, Cost Control, and Progress cControl, and Milestone Payments.
